Groups

Currently, I have three different groups that I offer online:

-Anxiety Group and Book Club - for all types of anxiety

-Anxiety Therapy Group - for CA residents only

-Depression and Self-Esteem Group - that is paired with the Feeling Good App

Anxiety Book Club

Registration is currently not open for the Anxiety Book Club, so please do not register at the link here. Instead, please email me at ZeinaHalimTherapy@gmail.com, if you are interested. The anxiety book club is open to anyone anywhere in the world that is 18 or older. The group is good for any type of anxiety, including but not limited to social anxiety, GAD, phobias, etc. Each session is 2 hours. We will be covering many of the skills in the book When Panic Attacks by David Burns. The group will consist of didactic/teaching about different techniques, small group practice of the methods, answering questions, and trouble-shooting any places you are stuck in working on your anxiety. Anxiety Therapy Group

The anxiety therapy group is open to California residents only who are adults 18 and up. This group is much smaller than the book club and provides much more individual attention. This group is good for any type of anxiety, including but not limited to social anxiety, GAD, phobias, etc. The group might also be a good fit for those with OCD and PTSD, but please email Zeina at ZeinaHalimTherapy@gmail.com to discuss if this group would be a good fit for you. Depression Group

with the Feeling Good App

If you are interested in participating in the group with the Feeling Good App, please email me at ZeinaHalimTherapy@gmail.com. This groups helps with depression, feelings of low-self esteem, inadequacy and worthlessness. We also cover anxiety in this group, but the primary focus is depression and self-esteem.
